Hi Judi, The things that most resonate with me so far are:

* Use 15 minutes a day to get something done. So satisfying!
* 1-minute daily press-ups and planks- easy to find that time and kind of fun
* Journaling. I didn’t want to do this, but clearly need to! Feeling more sane and focused.

Sure, I’m driving my family crazy. But I’m feeling motivated to slowly develop long-lasting, healthy habits. I already get 7-8 hours of sleep and drink plenty of water. My focus has been on changing my eating habits, prepping healthy food and remembering how fun it is to exercise. I really like the 5 Rituals of Success!

Planning, prioritizing and reflection. I wrote in my journal—thought I’d have nothing to say and found self-writing up a storm! I also did the fitness test-you make it look so easy So, thank you for giving me direction and accountability!
