Assessment Test

This short test is used to quickly assess general physical fitness. All you need is a timer (on your phone or watch) and a little space to move.

Directions:

Part 1: Set a timer for 60 seconds and do as many push-ups as you can. Record score.

Part 2: Set a timer for 60 seconds and do as many squats as you can. Record Score.

Repeat test after completing program.
